Meet the new member of our family!

On Valentines Day Markus and I went down to Reno for a date day while my mom watched the kids. We went to the movies and say Paul Blart Mall Cop; it was hilarious! We also went to eat at Claim Jumpers, which was excellent. Eating at Claim Jumpers was an achievement for me because it used to be one of my favorite restaurants and we would eat there often. Well, when I was pregnant with Josiah we went to eat there and there was a bright green live worm moving around on a piece of lettuce! I was about half way done with my meal! So they comped our meal and dessert and anything else we wanted, but I couldn't even think about eating. Which later I was really bummed to have turned down their motherlode 6 layer chocolate cake :( anyways that had nothing to do with our new member of the family, I thought I would just share that experience. So on the way home we stopped at this puppy store to "look" at all the cute little puppys. Well there was this one cute little puppy that we had to hold. I was so quiet and it kept wanting to go back and forth between Markus and I. And once he looked at us with his cute little eyes and long ears, we were hooked. We brought him home and Josiah and Azariah went crazy! They were SO excited! Josiah and Champy (thats what we named him) play so cute together! Champy's favorite is tug-a-war! And Azariah just wants to hold him all the time. (already trying to be a mother). So far he has been a pretty good dog. He is a Cocker Spaniel. We were so surprised how quiet he is. He only barks when we use the garbage disposal, oven and when Markus was shoveling the roof. The first night he whimpered (he sleeps in the kitchen on his bed in a fence) for about ten minutes, then was silent until morning. Last night was the same, hope it keeps up! Well, if you know a lot about puppys and training, please give us some pointers because we could use it! So here are some pictures of Champy, our 3 month old Cocker Spaniel -enjoy!
